B.O.S.S. (Business of Sports Systems) is a one-of-a-kind program created to help student-athletes transform their passion for sports into meaningful careers beyond high school, extending far beyond just being a player.

Through workshops, discussions, and visits to local and regional sites, students will explore a variety of career paths within the sports industry, gaining firsthand exposure to high-level roles and professional opportunities.

This program capitalizes on the strong network built by the executive team at Coach Shep’s, connecting participants with professional athletes, Division I, II, and III players and coaches, athletic directors, communications professionals, agents, and more.
